B.C. Women’s Amateur Championship
June 27 - June 30
The tournament is open to all female golfers with a verifiable handicap factor of 18.0 or less.

The BC Women’s Amateur Championship is a 72 hole gross stroke play championship with a cut after 36 holes to be determined on field size.
The Zone Team Championship is contested over the first two days of the event. Two-persons teams, selected by the zones in advance, make up the competitors in this championship. Both players total 36 hole scores make up the score for the team.
Best-Ball Competition: Players may make up their own 2-person teams from the field. This championship is a best ball conducted over 72 holes. The top 5 teams from the first 36 holes will be confirmed into the draw, regardless as to whether the players in the cut field or not.
Maximum 96 players: Players who made the cut in the prior year’s championship or have a verifiable handicap factor of 8.0 or less will have their registration processes as received up until one month prior to the tournament start date. At that point in time, all wait listed entries will be reviewed and processed based on current handicap factor. In the event the tournament is not fully subscribed at closing, it will be opened an additional 2 weeks, with all eligible entries processed as received.

TEAM TO NATIONALS:
Players to represent British Columbia at the 2016 Canadian Women’s to be contested at Cutten Fields, Guelph, On Jul 24 – 28, may be selected in part, based on play in this championship.
